Michel Rodrigues has a diverse work experience spanning over more than two decades. Michel has held various managerial and leadership positions in different companies. Currently, they serve as the Customer Service Director at UOL - Universo Online, a role they have been in since July 2019. Prior to that, they were the General Manager of Strategic Planning and Business Intelligence at the same company from March 2018 to June 2019. Michel has also worked as the Manager of Financial Planning, Administration, DBM, and MIS, where they were responsible for analyzing financial and business information, budgeting, and strategic planning. Michel has a solid background in analysis, reporting, forecasting, and budget coordination. Michel has also held leadership positions in marketing, sales, and customer relations throughout their career.
Michel Rodrigues completed their education as follows: from 2017 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Investment, and Banking at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2009, they obtained an MBA in Commercial Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Earlier in their academic journey, from 1998 to 2002, they earned a Major in Marketing Management from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. Additionally, in 2013, they pursued an Extension course in Business Evaluation (Valuation) at FIPECAFI.
