Prior experience includes roles as Project Field Officer and Project Field Assistant at Welthungerhilfe from April 2021 to September 2022. Samer holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Gaziantep Üniversitesi (2016-2020), a Lisans Derecesi in English Language and Literature from Aleppo University (2013-2015), and has also pursued studies in Logistics at Anadolu University.
