Eric Becchetti

Eric Becchetti is a seasoned professional in construction management with extensive experience spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Construction at Up Campus Student Living since December 2024, Eric previously held multiple roles at CA Ventures, LLC, including Vice President of Field Operations and Chief Building Engineer, from August 2009 to December 2024. Earlier experience includes positions as Superintendent at Nelson Phoenix L.L.C. and Compass West Inc. Eric Becchetti holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Florida, completed in 1998, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Rhode Island, obtained in 1994.
