Michelle Kauffman

Michelle Kauffman has over 26 years of experience in the professional aesthetic industry. Michelle has worked as the Founder of Polished Rx Skin Couture since 2013, where they provide innovative and result-oriented treatments. Prior to this, they were the CMO at Sliding Social and UP Creative, Inc., where they utilized their expertise in online marketing and social media to exceed sales growth projections. From 2005 to 2012, they served as the Owner of Dermamedix Consulting, where they developed business infrastructure for physicians' practices and medical spas. Michelle also has experience as a National Sales Manager at O2 Intraceuticals and an Account Executive/National Educator at Natura Bisse Intl. and DermiSpa. Michelle began their career as the Clinical Director/Paramedical Aesthetician at Total Dermatology, where they developed a high-volume dermatology practice and established a second practice in Irvine.

Michelle Kauffman attended UCLA from an unknown start year until 1994, where they studied Product Chemistry. Prior to that, from 1989 to 1991, they obtained a BA in Business from Santa Monica City College. In 1985, they graduated from Whitney High School with a college prep education. Michelle also pursued a certification in Aesthetics, completing an Aesthetician Course at Glendora Community College from 1990 to 1991, and obtaining an Aesthetician certification from the State of California in 1992. Furthermore, they obtained a Blood Born Pathogen Certification from the Long Beach Health Department in October 2014. Michelle also holds a CIDESCO certification, although the institution and exact date of obtaining this certification are unknown.
