Joe served as the Chief Executive Officer/Senior Surgeon/Managing Partner at Vascular Associates of Southern California, where they delivered world-class vascular care and achieved remarkable results in reducing amputation rates and aneurysmal rupture rate. Joe also headed the Endovascular Committee at St. Mary's Medical Center and worked as an Assistant Professor at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, providing Vascular and Endovascular care to patients and mentoring residents and fellows. Additionally, they worked as a Clinical Instructor at the University of Missouri Health Care, focusing on clinical and surgical care delivery to vascular patients and mentorship of residents and fellows.

Joe Chauvapun, MD, has an extensive education history. Joe began by earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Molecular and Cell Biology with an emphasis in Neurobiology from the University of California, Berkeley in 1995. Following this, from 1996 to 2001, they attended St. George's University and obtained their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with a focus on Medicine.

Dr. Chauvapun then pursued further specialization, completing an Internship and Residency in General Surgery at the University at Buffalo's School of Public Health and Health Professions from 2001 to 2006. Joe further honed their skills and knowledge by undertaking a Vascular Surgery Fellowship Training at the University of South Florida from 2006 to 2008, which allowed him to specialize in Vascular Surgery.

Dr. Chauvapun's educational background clearly demonstrates their dedication to continuous learning and their passion for medicine, particularly in the areas of general and vascular surgery.
