Gilnei Longo has extensive experience in the tech industry, with a focus on software development and project management. Gilnei started their career as a Webdeveloper at Net Site in 1999, where they worked on customized products using ASP and PHP. During this time, they also gained experience in server setup and maintenance.

In 2002, Longo joined StudioWares as a Webdeveloper, where they developed customized internet solutions using Aspx and C# based on clients' needs.

In 2006, they joined Arca Solutions - Software Development as a PHP Developer, working on new features and customizing the product www.edirectory.com. Gilnei later took on the role of Product Manager, focusing on developing a workflow solution called Changerequest.com. Gilnei also served as the Resource and Development Manager, leading a high-performance team and working on internet products, including setting up a new mobile framework platform.

In 2013, Longo joined TravelPass Group as a Scrum Master. In this role, they coordinated multiple project teams across the USA, Brazil, and India, improving processes and using Agile tools for development performance.

In 2019, they joined Up Outsourcing as the Chief Culture Officer/Team Builder.
