Billy Taylor

Billy Taylor is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for UP Professional Solutions. Reporting to the President and CEO, Billy leads the company’s treasury, accounting and information technology operations. He has management responsibilities for financial reporting, information technology and asset management which includes daily operations of accounts payable, billing, payroll, information systems maintenance and purchasing. A certified public accountant, Billy has over 25 years of accounting, finance and management experience in both public accounting and private sectors.

Billy began his career with the regional accounting firm, Bourgeois Bennett in 1987. He later became Controller for Radiofone, a regional cellular and paging provider.

Billy graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1987.
