Joseph Wink III

Joe Wink is the Director of Strategic Accounts, Secretary of the Board, and part owner of UP Professional Solutions. With a business marketing background, Joe has 25 years of experience in the chemical and oil and gas industry.

Joe began his career at Wink Engineering, worked in many different roles, and was contracted out through UP at Chevron USA. He joined UP Professional Solutions in 1992, which was an affiliate company to Wink, Inc. At UP, he served in various assignments in the operations department, including management, sales and leadership teams, and secured several major accounts with notable companies. Wink has acted on various committees in the oil and gas industry and has served 12 years on the St. Michael’s Special School Board.

Joseph is Technical Services Certified and a Certified Staffing Professional. He graduated from Loyola University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a minor in Marketing.
