Trey Hollingsworth

Trey Hollingsworth is the Director of Health, Safety, and Environmental for UP Professional Solutions. He joined our team in March of 2019. He is responsible for the visioning, development and continuous improvement of the safety culture of the company, along with other safety tasks, assessments, initiatives, and policies. As a member of the executive management team, he will play a significant role in developing corporate strategy, particularly in his areas(s) of expertise.

Trey holds 15+ years HSE leadership experience, influencing business units and stakeholders to continually improve HSE results. Varied work experience to include safety consulting, general contracting project management, oil & gas production operations, marine/vessel safety, and safety training development & instruction. Most recently, Trey was with Chevron, holding supervisory positions of increasing responsibility in HSE, supporting onshore environmental remediation, offshore construction / decommissioning activities in the Gulf of Mexico, and most recently drilling & completions operations in the Permian Basin, providing safety leadership and operational excellence. In these positions, he honed his skills in the design and implementation of safety management systems, risk assessment, behavioral based safety, and serious injury and fatality prevention.

Trey holds a Bachelor of General Studies degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and an AS in Safety Technology from Nichols State University.

Trey is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) an internationally recognized credential issued by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
