Sarah Kilpela

Sarah Kilpela is an experienced Occupational Therapist currently working at UP Rehab Services since March 2022. Prior to this, Sarah has held various roles including Administrative Assistant at Yard Builders LLC since May 2019, and completed multiple Level II Fieldwork placements at UP Health System - Marquette and NORLITE Nursing Center in 2021, focusing on acute care and skilled nursing facilities. Additional experience includes a Fieldwork Level I at Froedtert Hospital in early 2020 and caregiving as a self-employed caregiver in mid-2018. Sarah's early career includes roles at Three Rivers Park District, serving as Shift Lead and Revenue Coordinator, as well as Park Attendant. Sarah holds a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from Northern Michigan University.
