Mina Ilkoz Demirtas

Mina Ilkoz Demirtas is the Co-Founder & CEO of UP School, an edtech company focused on empowering women and underrepresented minorities in the tech industry. Mina leads a diverse team in delivering comprehensive training programs, coaching services, and career placement opportunities to ensure individuals have the necessary skills and support to thrive in the digital era. Mina also served as a Milestone Maker at the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center and was a Mentee at the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing Specialist at Young Guru Academy and Turkcell, as well as a Human Resources Intern at DHL Express Turkey. Mina's experience includes roles as a Marketing Intern at Turkcell and a Digital Marketing Intern at Rabarba.

Mina Ilkoz Demirtas completed their secondary education at Gönen Anadolu Lisesi from 2008 to 2012. Mina then pursued higher education at Sabanci University from 2012 to 2017, majoring in Economics. In 2016, they also attended Tilburg University for a short period, where they focused on Economics as well.
