Carlos Martín de Arcos

Carlos Martín de Arcos is an experienced IT operations manager currently working at Up Spain since July 2023. Previously, Carlos held the role of project manager for the SEPE’s architecture services at Procesia from November 2022 to July 2023. Carlos served as coordinator for web and API architecture at INECO from September 2021 to October 2022. Carlos has extensive experience as Chief Technology Officer at multiple companies, including Mumablue and medmesafe, the latter focused on enhancing users' quality of life through genetic analysis. Their project management skills were demonstrated at Telefónica Educación Digital, Factoria Etsia, and UNIR, where Carlos oversaw significant technological developments. Carlos co-founded Arcos Ingenieros y Consultores, leading energy audits, and also served as Chief Technology Officer at AICE,CB. Carlos holds a Technical Engineering degree in Telecommunications from Universidad de Alcalá, completed in 1997.
