Lars Oltmanns

Lars Oltmanns is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Since October 2019, Lars has been the CEO and Founder of UP TO GOOD Energy, specializing in a healthy, naturally brewed alternative to soda that promotes mindful energy. Prior to this, Lars served as Managing Partner and Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer at HALO Brands, LLC, focusing on marketing and sales for emerging brands and retailers. Lars co-founded HALO Food Connect, LLC, to assist European food manufacturers in entering the U.S. market, and held leadership roles at Coppenrath USA, LP, and Conditorei Coppenrath & Wiese GmbH & Co. KG, gaining significant expertise in distribution and export management. Lars holds a Diplom Kaufmann in International Business Administration from Hochschule Osnabrück and studied at the University of Deusto.
