Christina Winner has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Christina started as a Food Server at Wetherington Golf & Country Club in 2021. In 2019, they worked as a Fitness Coordinator at Miami University and also served as a Counselor/Sports Instructor at Camp Wayne For Girls, where they trained and organized sports sessions for a large group of people. In 2020, they took on the role of Viceroy at Barstool Sports until 2022. Additionally, in 2021, they briefly worked in Field Service at the Western & Southern Open. Most recently, in 2023, they became an Account Manager at CAI Insurance Agency, Inc. Throughout their various roles, Christina has gained valuable skills and experience in customer service, management, and sports instruction.

The concept is like the Final Four of College Music Festivals: Our teams rally their campus to compete against colleges across the country to sell the most pre-sales in 48 hours (with no date or location!). The top schools produce a large-scale music event with top emerging artists on or near their campus! Up & Up provides the necessary resources and non-stop mentorship. Our student network lives at the intersection of: 1) Passion for live events 2) Improving our craft as marketers and creatives 3) Education If our winning students didn't have "the greatest experience of their life" on the night of their event, then we didn't do our job.
