Eric Shprints

Eric Shprints is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in social media, event coordination, and media planning. As the Team Founder and Social Media/Nightlife Event Coordinator for Up & Up Festival since August 2022, Eric has developed key skills in managing events. Prior to that, Eric completed a Digital & Social Investment Internship at Hearts & Science in mid-2024 and a Media Buying/Planning Internship at Outdoor Media Group from June 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included data gathering, media planning, and budget management. Eric's background also includes a distinguished career as a Ballroom Dancer with the World DanceSport Federation from 2012 to 2021, achieving two US National Championships and competing internationally. Additionally, Eric has a solid foundation in music, having studied piano with ABRSM, earning a music theory certification and completing seven grades. Currently pursuing a degree in Management at Indiana University Bloomington, Eric continues to build a diverse skill set.
