Clare Hubbard

Clare Hubbard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consultancy and data policy management, currently serving as a Principal Consultant at Unifii Ltd since September 2021. Prior to this role, Clare held various positions at the Met Office from April 2006 to September 2021, including Head of Transformation in Observations, where responsibilities included delivering transformation initiatives and implementing Agile and DevOps practices. Additional roles at the Met Office involved developing data release policies, ensuring legislative compliance, managing data services, and advocating for new technologies to enhance data accessibility. Clare's earlier career includes experience as Service Management Work Package Leader for MyOcean and Project Manager for the Defence Procurement Agency, where engineering and supplier relations were key focus areas.
