Vasileios Toutziaris is an experienced professional in customer success and support, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and previously as a Customer Support Engineer at UP42 since September 2021. Prior roles include Kundensupport & Projektarbeit at TrianGraphics from February 2018 to September 2021, and a Working Student position at Planet. from June 2016 to September 2017. Vasileios gained valuable experience as an intern at ETH Zurich in 2015, contributing to the development of the “Swiss World Atlas.” Additional experiences include military service in the Greek Armed Forces, assisting in a law practice, teaching English as a foreign language, and serving as a customer service representative at the Hellenic Telecommunications Organisation. Vasileios holds a Diploma in Rural & Surveying Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has pursued further education at various prestigious institutions, including the Technical University of Munich, Technische Universität Dresden, and Technische Universität Wien. Vasileios also obtained a Cambridge ESOL Level 5 Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages.
