Melissa Lindo, MA, LMFT, serves as Program Manager for the Expanding Horizons program at the Union of Pan Asian Communities (UPAC) since December 2022, following a role as Mental Health Therapist at Foresight Mental Health from July to December 2022. Prior to these positions, Melissa held various roles at UPAC from March 2016 to June 2022, including a return as Program Manager overseeing the Addiction Treatment and Recovery - Teen Recovery Center. Responsibilities included program operations management, supervision of counseling staff, and compliance with regulatory standards. Melissa's experience also encompasses roles as Lead Counselor and Counselor within addiction treatment programs. An educational background features a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from National University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC San Diego.
