James Davis is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the media and property sectors. As CEO of Upad Ltd since April 2008, James has played a pivotal role in transforming the UK’s letting agency landscape through technological innovation. Prior to Upad, James served as Sales Director at First Radio Sales, where responsibilities included managing a £14 million budget and developing advertising strategies for over 130 radio stations. Earlier, as Head of Radio at Campus Media, James successfully launched a student radio station that garnered a prestigious award from BBC Radio One and contributed to a successful AIM floatation of the company. James holds a degree from The University of Salford and has an educational background from Oundle School.
