Oscar Leyva

Oscar Leyva currently serves as the Director of the Center for Licensing, International Programs, and Certifications at UPAEP, focusing on developing and managing international partnerships and accreditation processes. With extensive experience in academic leadership roles, including Principal at UPAEP Lomas and UPAEP Huamantla, and as Coordinator for the International Baccalaureate Diploma and Career-related Programmes, Oscar has demonstrated a commitment to educational excellence and compliance with international standards. Additionally, Oscar has contributed to the global education community through involvement with the International Baccalaureate Educators' Network. Oscar holds a Master's Degree in Political Science from UPAEP, alongside various diplomas in fields such as Bioethics and Public Policies from Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro and Ethics of Responsibility in the Biotechnological Age from Concordia University.
