Rocio Prado Castillo

Rocio Prado Castillo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and consultancy within educational institutions and business environments. Currently, Rocio serves as the Executive Director at the Sintonía Institute of Collaboration and Competitiveness at Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla, where responsibilities include fostering collaboration with government and business sectors and advising the Economics Secretary of the State of Puebla on cluster policy. Previous roles include Public Relations Director at the same institute, where Rocio managed executive education sales and research initiatives, and a full-time academic position at Universidad Iberoamericana Puebla, focusing on tailored executive programs. Rocio co-founded and directed Avantis, a SAP distributor, and held leadership roles at IPADE Business School and Universidad de las Américas Puebla, developing strategic consulting and educational initiatives. Rocio holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from IPADE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de las Américas Puebla.
