Cai Fang

Cai Fang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Product Manager at uParcel since January 2024, Cai previously held the position of Project Manager at EP Group (Evervan Panarub) from April 2017 to February 2024, where efforts were directed toward transforming traditional shoe manufacturing by establishing urban factories. As the Founder of Petals & Sachet, an ecommerce tea store, responsibilities included creative direction, customer experience, and regulatory compliance. Earlier roles at Enterprise Singapore involved developing policies to enhance the advanced manufacturing sector and engaging manufacturing firms to improve productivity. Cai's career commenced as a Research Assistant at NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, focusing on microbiological research related to dengue virus treatments. Cai holds a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences (Hons.) from the National University of Singapore and has studied Neurosciences and Evolution at the University of Birmingham.
