Matīss Siliņš

Matīss Siliņš currently serves as the Lead Facade Engineer at UPB, AS since April 2024. Previously, Matīss held roles at Skonto Plan Ltd, SIA, including Chief Design Engineer, where responsibilities included tackling challenges in large facade projects, managing design risks, and leading engineering teams. Matīss also worked as a Research and Development Engineer focusing on workflow efficiency and structural design automation. Other experience includes roles as a Structural Engineer and Workshop Design Engineer, with expertise in various structural calculations and fabrication processes. Matīss began their career as a Design Engineer at A/S Marupes Metalmeistars and has a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte and a Bachelor's degree from Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies.
