Curtis Betts is the Sr. Director of Internal Audit at Upbound Group, bringing over 21 years of diverse experience in audit, risk, and compliance, including 13 years in leadership roles. Betts has led internal audit engagements and contributed to the development of enterprise-wide programs in areas such as Enterprise Risk Management and Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance. Prior roles included Director of Internal Audit at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. and positions at Deloitte and Dr Pepper Snapple Group, where they advanced corporate audit and compliance initiatives. Curtis holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University.
