Ellis Roper

Ellis Roper is the Director of Human Resources at Upbound Group, where they align strategic HR initiatives with organizational goals. Previously, Ellis served in various HR roles at PepsiCo, including HR Manager and Senior Human Resources Representative, following an internship where they supported HR functions. They have also held positions in event coordination at West Virginia University and served as a Graduate Assistant specializing in business management consulting. Ellis earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations from WVU College of Business & Economics.
