Paul Little

Paul Little is an experienced product manager in the eCommerce sector, currently employed at Acima since August 2019. In this role, Paul oversees integrations and APIs while also having served as an operations manager, corporate trainer, and performance coach. Responsibilities include coaching and developing underperforming agents through performance analysis and tailored coaching plans. Paul participated in the competitive Disney College Program at Disneyland Resort in early 2020, focusing on data analytics. Paul holds a degree from Utah Valley University, attended between 2016 and 2022.
