Rishi Bavishi

Rishi Bavishi is an experienced professional in risk and decision analytics, currently serving as Manager at Upbound Group since July 2023. Prior roles include Senior Lean Process Engineer at AT&T and Manager of Customer Excellence at Hilton, where Rishi led analytics and process improvement initiatives focused on enhancing customer experience and optimizing operational performance. Rishi has a strong background in forecasting, supply chain analysis, and process engineering, further demonstrated through previous internships and roles at various organizations including Xtreme Lashes, Tetra Pak, and Reliance Industries Ltd.
