Alper Rifat Uluçınar

Alper Rifat Uluçınar has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Systems Engineer at Havelsan in 2001. Alper Rifat then worked at Bilkent University as a TA from 2005 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Niceveri Systems as a Research Engineer before moving on to the IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center as a Visiting Scholar from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at SAP Development Center Turkey, first as a Senior Software Engineer, and later as a Development Architect. Currently, they are serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Upbound, starting from April 2021.

Alper Rifat Uluçınar began their education at Antalya Anadolu Lisesi, although the specific dates are unknown. Alper Rifat then attended Ankara Fen Lisesi, where they completed their high school education. Following this, they enrolled at Istanbul Technical University in 1997 to study Mechanical Engineering, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree in this field. In 1998, they started their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering at Hacettepe University, which they completed in 2001. Uluçınar continued their education at Bilkent University, where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Computer Engineering from 2005 to 2013.
