Upbring
Jeri Gray has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. They started their career at Mineral Wells ISD in 1999 as a Special Education Paraprofessional with responsibilities including managing computer-based learning systems and assisting in various classroom settings. In 2007, they joined Upbring as a Family Service Secretary and later moved up to become an Evolv Database Administrator. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the Recruitment and Development Director at Upbring, followed by the role of Business Analyst and Recruitment Director from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Jeri Gray holds the position of Director of Quality and Compliance at Upbring where they oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of quality improvement and compliance programs.
Jeri Gray obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Western Governors University, where they studied from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Weatherford College from 2003 to 2009, earning an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies.
