Matt Norsworthy is currently the Director of Integrated Solutions and Business Development at UPCEA (University Professional and Continuing Education Association), where they are responsible for developing and executing a business development strategy. Matt also works closely with key stakeholders to promote UPCEA's value proposition and identify new prospects. Matt Norsworthy has a diverse education history. Matt obtained their Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Higher Education and Organizational Change from Benedictine University from 2011 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Creative Writing at National University in 2006 and 2007.

Matt also holds a Master's of Liberal Studies degree from Fort Hays State University, which they completed from 2004 to 2005, with a focus in Humanities and a specialization in English. In 1993, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General from Armstrong State University.

Furthermore, Matt engaged in a concentrated study of British history and drama through a program in British Studies at the University of London in 1995.
