Joseph De Las Nieves, MBA, CRO has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. At Warriors Way Martial Arts Academy, Joseph served as the Children's Program Coordinator. Joseph refined the quality of instruction, resolved staffing issues, and increased client enrollment through event execution. Joseph also coached and mentored staff and students.

In the United States Army, Joseph worked as a 35D/35G Intelligence Officer, where they performed duties within Initial Preparation of the Battlespace (IPB) and improved unit processes. Joseph was also an Officer Candidate and a Specialist during their tenure in the Army.

At The Home Depot, Inc., Joseph held various roles, including Millworks Department Manager, Millworks Specialist, Special Service Desk Associate, and Cashier. Joseph increased store revenue, maintained accuracy, and resolved customer issues.

Lastly, at The Kroger Co. (Ralphs Grocery), Joseph worked as the Frozen Food Department Manager and Cashier. Ralphs Grocery Company is a major supermarket chain in Southern California.

Joseph De Las Nieves obtained their High School Diploma from Stagg Senior High School. Joseph went on to earn an Associate in Arts Degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences from San Joaquin Delta College in 2007. In 2010, they completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Communication and a Minor Degree in Political Science from California State University-Sacramento.

In terms of higher education, Joseph pursued a Diploma in Military and Operational Leadership from Officer Candidate School in an unspecified year before 2013. Joseph then attended San Joaquin Delta College again in 2017 and obtained an Associate of Arts Degree in Business/Economics.

Joseph furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of the Pacific - Eberhardt School of Business from 2018 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Joseph has obtained several certifications. Joseph became Email Marketing Certified from HubSpot Academy in January 2023. Lastly, they are currently pursuing a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner certification at Achology.
