Craig Giannantonio

Craig Giannantonio serves as the CFO of UpClear since April 2022, where the focus is on delivering software solutions for Trade Promotion Management and Revenue Growth Management in the Consumer Goods sector. Concurrently, Craig advises 361Firm to foster collaboration among investors, and offers strategic insights as a Board Advisor for Coherence AI and Alps & Meters. Previously, Craig held the position of SVP of Finance at Mahantongo Investments, overseeing private market investments and operational strategy. Other notable roles include CFO and COO at ASA Group and co-founder/head of finance at Venda, where significant contributions were made in the software and eCommerce space.
