Susanna Aho

Susanna Aho is currently the Talent Brand Lead and Talent Acquisition Partner at UpCloud, where they focus on enhancing global talent brand awareness and driving the candidate selection process. Previously, Susanna served as Head of Talent Acquisition at Verisure, leading recruitment and employer branding initiatives. With extensive experience as a headhunter and talent acquisition consultant, they have worked with notable companies such as Wolt, Veikkaus, and Suunto since 2016, significantly contributing to their recruitment strategies and talent acquisition processes. Susanna holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Turku.
