Jared Criscuolo

Jared Criscuolo is an experienced entrepreneur and leader in environmental and water policy initiatives. As the Founder and CEO of Upcycle and Company since January 2016, Jared has focused on enhancing plant resilience through soil microbiome activation. Previously, as a member of the Advisory Committee for the Surfrider Foundation from 2008 to 2020, Jared played a pivotal role in launching a successful $13 million Water Reclamation trial project and transforming the Water Policy initiative into the internationally recognized Know Your H20 platform. Jared also served as President of Rising Tide Partners, securing a profitable exit after driving impactful public and environmental outreach campaigns. Co-founding Below The Surface, a nonprofit committed to water education, Jared successfully obtained significant funding and forged key research partnerships. Other notable positions include strategic advising for the Equinox Center and financial advising roles at Morgan Stanley and UBS. Jared's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Government from St. Lawrence University.
