Joe Sanderson

Joe Sanderson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joe began their career in 2002 at Bakkavor as an NPD (New Product Development) specialist and continued to work there until 2008. In 2008, they worked briefly at Premier Foods as a Technologist. From 2009 to 2017, they served as an NPD Manager at New England Seafood. Joe then joined Bakkavor again in 2018 as a Development Manager until 2020. Afterwards, they worked at AM FRESH GROUP as a Development Controller from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Innovation Project Lead at UPP, starting in January 2023.
