Satish Ramchandani

Satish Ramchandani has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Satish is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer at Updapt - an ESG Tech Co. where they are responsible for setting and implementing business strategies. Satish co-founded the company in 2020, and it provides comprehensive SaaS based ESG products to address sustainability needs of companies and funds globally.

Prior to Updapt, Satish was a Partner at Sapphire Human Solutions Private Limited from 2020 to 2021. Satish was involved in growing the retained executive search business and worked with institutional clients in sales, consulting, and service delivery.

Satish also has experience working at CRISIL Limited, where they served as a Director and Head of Business Development for various sectors such as SME, Real Estate, and Social Sector Ratings. Satish was responsible for strategic initiatives, sales, and P&L execution. Satish'stenure at CRISIL lasted from 2012 to 2020.

Before that, Satish worked at Edelweiss Financial Services as the Head of Finance and Operations for Retail Broking and NBFC. Satish led finance and operations for various business areas and was involved in process re-engineering and cost management.

Satish has also served as the CFO for FCH Centrum Wealth Managers Ltd., a joint venture between Future Capital Holdings and Centrum Capital Ltd. Satish worked in this role from 2009 to 2010.

Satish'searlier experience includes working at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an Assistant Vice President in Finance Operations and Reporting, and at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance as a Manager in Corporate Planning, MIS, and Central Operations.
