Shai Haddad

Shai Haddad, MBA is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Update Capital, where they manage revenue teams, lead customer success and onboarding, develop a strong enterprise pipeline, help build the firm’s brand awareness, and own the P&L for the business unit. They also hold the title of Co-Founder at Baba Hummus and have held various leadership roles in sales, business development, and management at companies such as Pavilion, Amilia, GSoft, and Upclick. Shai is a CRO School Graduate and holds an MBA in Business Management and Strategy from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University. Prior to their current roles, Shai was the Founder of SHI 360, an agency for artist management, promotion, and branding campaigns.
