Jessica Jenkins has worked in various roles since 2009. Jessica began their career as a Corporate Wellness Coordinator for the YMCA of Central Ohio in 2009. Jessica then served as an AmeriCorps Member for the Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County in 2011. In 2012, they began working as a Fitness Professional for The Polo Club of Boca Raton. In 2015, they took on the role of Account Specialist at CoverMyMeds. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as a Recreation Assistant Manager for the Columbus Recreation and Parks Department. Currently, they are a Senior Customer Success Manager at Updox.

Jessica Jenkins' education history includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Miami University, which they obtained between 2005 and 2009.
