Mat Braddy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2003, they started their career as a Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Financial Times, where they were responsible for online marketing and B2B advertising support. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Marketing Director at toptable, a website for booking restaurant tables. In 2009, they joined JUST EAT as Global CMO (Brand Founder), leading the establishment of JUST EAT as a leading brand in takeaway delivery. During their time there, JUST EAT went public on the London Stock Exchange. Mat continued to work with JUST EAT as a Board Brand Advisor and mentor startups in London's tech scene until 2016. In 2015, they founded and served as the Strategy Director for ROCK PAMPER SCISSORS, a salon appointment booking platform. Mat also held advisory and mentoring roles at companies such as 500 Startups and Green Man Gaming. In 2017, they became a Board Advisor for MUVA Property Gurus, a position they held until 2020. Mat later served as a Brand Mentor at Spring in 2019 and as a Brand Founder at Updraft in 2018. Most recently, they have taken on another advisory role as a Board Advisor at Topwork in 2021.

Mat Braddy received a Masters in Film degree from the Raindance Festival from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a BA in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the University of East London between 1996 and 1999.
