Edouard de Lestrange

Edouard de Lestrange is a seasoned professional in operations management with extensive experience in the foodtech and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Upela since December 2024, Edouard previously held the position of Chief Operations Officer at Clone, where significant contributions included scaling the company's operating model from 10M€ to 80M€ annual GMV and managing a 70+ member operations team. Edouard's background also includes serving as Head of Operations at Ordoclic, achieving key milestones such as onboarding over 2000 pharmacies, as well as consulting roles at Boston Consulting Group. Edouard began a career in the military as an Officer in the Marine Nationale. Educational credentials comprise an MSc in Management from ESSEC Business School and an OOD qualification from École Navale.
