Andrea Rolland has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andrea most recently worked at uPerform as an SVP Sales & Marketing, a role they have held since March 2022. Additionally, Andrea has worked at SkillSoft as an Account Executive from May 2009 to December 2009. Their earliest work experience was at LG Electronics, where they served as an Account Executive from January 2007 to December 2008 and from November 2005 to December 2006. Andrea began their career in sales as a Sales Trainee at LG Electronics from August 2005 to November 2005.
Andrea Rolland began their education at Deerfield Academy, where they attended from 1998 to 2001. Andrea then attended the University of Vermont from 2001 to 2005 and earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. During their time at the University of Vermont, Andrea participated in an exchange program at The American University of Paris in 2003, studying Art History. In 2004, they also took part in an exchange program at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), focusing on Business Administration and Management.
