Bobby Zarr has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Bobby is currently serving as the Vice President of Healthcare at uPerform, where they lead the transformation of software training and support for health systems. Bobby has also held the positions of Vice President of Healthcare Strategy and Senior Director of Healthcare Strategy at the same company.

In December 2019, Zarr obtained a certification as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) from HIMSS.
