David Robbins

David Robbins has extensive work experience in the field of cloud operations and network engineering. David currently holds the position of Lead Cloud Operations Architect at uPerform since November 2022, where they are responsible for overseeing cloud operations. Prior to this, David worked as a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer at uPerform from August 2017 to December 2022.

Before joining uPerform, David worked at Byte Right Support Inc. as a Senior Network Engineer from June 2010 to July 2017. In this role, they built and deployed Windows Servers and configured network devices. David also provided end-user instruction and training for network software and resources.

David's career began at Educate Online, Inc. as a Senior Desktop Support Engineer/Senior Network Engineer from February 2006 to March 2010. David provided local and remote desktop support for corporate users and supervised a team of junior technicians.

David started their career at Micros as a Technical Support Specialist from January 2003 to January 2006. David provided level 1 technical support to end-users and assisted in developing an in-house ticketing system.
