Natalie de Souza is currently the Editor in Chief of the Pod & Radio Committee at UPF Lund, an association encouraging objective debate on international issues. Prior to this role, Natalie worked as a Communications Intern at UN City Copenhagen and as an Account Manager at TrovaTrip. Natalie also has experience in content management and video editing at Nature and Intent, as well as production assistance at Endemol Shine Australia. Natalie holds a Master of Arts in European Studies from Lund University and a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from the University of Oregon.

The Association of Foreign Affairs in Lund (UPF) is a non-profit, non-partisan association operating in Lund, with the purpose of encouraging and providing a platform for objective debate on international issues. UPF is primarily an association by and for students at Lund University, but in practice has a much further reach. UPF is member of the Swedish Association of Foreign Affairs, UFS. UPF Lund is a recognized association within the Academic Society (www.af.lu.se). We arrange lectures, workshops, study trips and theme parties on a regular basis, In addition, there are several media outlets such as the web magazine The Perspective Webzine, the physical magazine The Perspective Magazine and the award-winning The Perspective Pod&Radio.
