Prior to UpField Group, Chad served as CFO at Welch ATM from 2013 to 2015, where recruitment by a private equity firm enabled involvement in strategic initiatives, including preparing the company for sale, which culminated in its acquisition by Cardtronics Inc. Chad's experience also includes a tenure as Managing Director at RedRidge from 2007 to 2013 and as a Senior Associate at Ernst & Young from 2004 to 2007. Chad holds degrees from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business and The University of Toledo.
