Jerod Williams

Jerod Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in enterprise workplace solutions and leasing management. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Workplace Solutions at Upflex since October 2022, Jerod focuses on optimizing workspace management through an innovative platform. Prior to this, Jerod held various roles at WeWork, including Senior Leasing Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing a portfolio of over 350,000 square feet of office space and generating substantial transaction volumes. Previous experience also includes sales roles at Informatica and Maritz Motivation Solutions, where Jerod specialized in data integration and healthcare solutions, respectively. Jerod began a career in recruitment and management consulting at Oak Service Corp., demonstrating strong leadership and growth strategies. Jerod holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Southeast Missouri State University.
