Jim Pavlik

Jim Pavlik is a Partner with Baird Capital’s Venture Capital group and has been with the firm since 2003. Jim currently oversees the firm’s investments in Appdetex, Datica, Hireology, NowSecure, Upfront Healthcare and Zaloni, and was actively involved with prior investments in Cielo, Coalfire, emids, InsideTrack, Montage and PayChoice. Prior to joining Baird Capital, Jim was a member of the investment team at Madison Dearborn Partners, where he focused on venture capital investments in the telecom, media and technology services sectors. He began his career in Salomon Smith Barney’s investment banking group and is a graduate from Duke University and the Kellogg School of Management.
