Stephanie St. Clair is an established financial executive uniquely adept at working with start-up and growth-stage companies. In her role as Senior Vice President, Finance, Stephanie leads Upfront’s accounting, finance, and strategic planning activities. Stephanie also oversees the company’s human resources functions, focused on scalable processes, culture-building efforts, and effective onboarding initiatives. These efforts were key contributors to the company repeatedly being named one of the Best Places to Work nationally by Modern Healthcare.
Prior to Upfront, Stephanie founded Meritage Services, a CFO consulting service focused on supporting start-ups with accounting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives. Prior to Meritage Services, Stephanie worked in both the investment banking and financial planning industries.
Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Chicago. Beyond Upfront, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog Chase, as well as planning their next adventure in their recently acquired travel trailer.
