Elaine Starkey is currently the CEO of UpGradGSP and the CEO and Founder of Global Study Partners Pty Ltd. Elaine also co-founded starkey smith media group and served as a partner in studylane. Elaine has a background in publishing, education, and sales, with a degree in Mathematical Science and Applied Psychology from University College Cork. Elaine is dedicated to enhancing the international student experience and promoting transparency in the education industry.
