Ruchika Pawar

Ruchika Pawar has diverse experience in management and operational roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Manager and previously as Assistant Manager in Learning Experience at upGrad since November 2021, Ruchika has a strong background in managing teams and executing processes at a leadership level. Prior to upGrad, Ruchika held the position of Manager - Operations and Relationship Manager at WhiteHat Jr from April 2020 to November 2021. Ruchika also served as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at Spree Hospitality and as an Executive Assistant at Jelvis Henriques & Co. Additionally, Ruchika worked as a Geographic Information Systems Analyst at HERE, where specialized project management for the APAC and USA regions was key to the role. Ruchika holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Ramnarain Ruia College, earned from 2012 to 2015.
